Refund & Return Policy


Items may take up to 60 days to show up at your door. 

We do not offer refunds for orders that are over $600.00 USD. This is for our own protection from fraudulent companies. Please do not make an order above $600. Orders may be made separately and returned/refunded as separate orders. If you do place an order for $600 or more, there will be an attempt to contact you via email or phone to warn you about this. You are able to back out of your order and receive a full refund if we are in contact before shipping your order out. If there is no response, we receive the right to refund your order at our discretion. Thank you for understanding.


We have a 30-day return policy that starts when you receive your item.  Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. Returns are only available for merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process with proof that it came broken out of the box and not while in use or installing. You are expected to use our items properly and we will not accept responsibility if you break the item yourself. Email us at with your name, order ID, and reason for return  and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Returning Your Product

To return your product, you should send an email to We'll give you further details on where to mail the item back to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
